Monday night in the John Loyer's first game as interim coach the Detroit Pistons beat the San Antonio Spurs 109-100. Maurice Cheekswas remove on Sunday after only 50 games as coach. Brandon Jennings lead the team with 21 points, Rodney Stuckey added 10 points, while Greg Monroe had 15 points and 10 rebounds for the Pistons.
