NBA News: Playoff Qualifiers in Every Conference Record

New York City - The National Basketball Association will now implement the new rule in the playoff qualifiers and ousting the top four teams who win their divisions. The NBA will qualify the teams individually by their record. The previous rule was the division winners were officially qualified no worse than the number 4 seed.
