Hi everyone, I've previously posted about my situation regarding an accumalator I placed on betfair where one bet had been settled as a loss even though the season was cut short - the team I placed winning were 3.5 games behind - whereas I wanted the bet to be voided. I tried to to push them to settle it as advised but after 3 months of wasting my time I had to ask for IBAS intervention. They have finally responded but dissapointingly they have sided with betfair, I really do believe that the decision was very bias and unfair. Their reasoning was quoting one of the terms and conditions favoring betfair but there are a few terms and conditions that would side with me which I had told them in my argument but they have made their decision.
I could really use help fighting this as I do have the option to appeal this, as this is my last chance before having to go to court I want to do this really well so I need all the help I can get.
