Chicago Bulls Star Guard Derrick Rose has fully recovered from his right meniscus tear suffered in November 2013 and if ever the training camps were launched tomorrow Rose is 100% healthy and ready to play. The mini-camp starts on July 28 and I hope returning both Joakim Noah and Taj Gibson in their primes, and Rose, coach Tom will carry the Bulls as was the case from 2010 until his ACL tear.
