Portland Trail Blazer's Damian Lillard will become the first player to participate in three events of All-Star Saturday in New Orleans. Lillard, the reigning Rookie of the Year will compete in the Rising Challenge, defending his Skills Challenge title, and participating in the 3-point contest.
