Everybody knows them... Websites who promise that they will achieve at least x% profit every month or every year. Many of them are scam to my knowledge, but are there really any reliable sites that 'sell' gambling tips? I would like to have a little more insight here.

It is hard to audit these sites as they can cheat with their success rate but there are really some people who win money from betting. I would only trust myself anyway, I don't buy picks from sites.

What do you mean by "cheating"? It isn't possible with pre-match picks, right?

I guess if someone is monitoring their picks 24/7. But as long as they are administrators of a site there is a way to at least delete old unsuccessful tips and their record will look better.
