Crystal Palace vs Liverpool Preview:

Possible starting lineups:

Crystal Palace:
Henderson; Lerma, Guehi, Lacroix; Munoz, Wharton, Kamada, Mitchell; Nketiah, Mateta, Eze

Liverpool:
Alisson; Alexander-Arnold, Konate, Van Dijk, Robertson; Gravenberch, Mac Allister; Salah, Szoboszlai, Luis Diaz; Diogo Jota

Crystal Palace will welcome Liverpool to Selhurst Park in the lunchtime kickoff on Saturday. The Eagles are coming into this clash after a painful defeat at Goodison Park where they lost 2:1 to Everton. Palace have collect just three points from the opening six rounds and sit third from the bottom. Manager Oliver Glasner is feeling some pressure, with many tipping them for a European challenge this season. Nevertheless, the results are not at desired level. After losing their opening two matches to Brentford and West Ham, Palace played three draws against respectable opponents like Chelsea, Leicester City and Manchester United, but the last round's defeat to Everton was simply unacceptable. Glasner has some additional issues as Chadi Riad, Christopher Richards and Cheick Doucoure are all out injured, while ex-Arsenal defender Rob Holding is also out due to manager's decision. On the positive note, Matheus Franca has recovered from a broken rib but should only be on the bench.

Liverpool opened the season in the best possible way. They have five victories in the first six rounds and sit on the top of the table with 15 points. However, there is no space for relaxation as Manchester City and Arsenal are just one point behind. Victory in this match would temporarily move Liverpool four points clear of both rivals. However, the Gunners have an easy match with last-placed Southampton at the Emirats, while the Citizens host Fulham. Liverpool have now won each of their last five games across all competitions, scoring 15 goals and conceding just three in the process. On Wednesday they won 2:0 against Bologna in the Champions League, but showed some weaknesses in defense. New manager Arne Slot is doing a fantastic job, but the next period will be crucial for Liverpool's ambitions. The Reds will face Chelsea and Arsenal in October, as well as Manchester City on the first day of December. Real Madrid should also be mentioned, they will opponents in the Champions League. So far the injury situation looks good with Harvey Elliott only unavailable player due to a foot fracture. New signing Federico Chiesa was absent from the squad in midweek with an unexplained issue and is also uncertain for the this match as well.

Crystal Palace vs Liverpool Prediction:

I expect both teams to score at Selhurst Park. Liverpool are in series of five victories in all competitions, scoring 15 goals in the process. Mohamed Salah is in good form and he is chasing history once again. The Egypt international could become the first Premier League player to score in a team's first four away games of a season in two separate campaigns. But Liverpool have problem to keep clean sheet. The Reds have conceded on four of the last six games. On Wednesday they kept clean sheet against Bologna in the Champions League, but showed weaknesses in defense. I expect an efficient match.

Crystal Palace vs Liverpool Pick:
Both teams to score - Yes @ 1.70 with Pinnacle

Aston Villa vs Manchester United Preview:

Possible starting lineups:

Aston Villa:
Martinez; Konsa, Carlos, Torres, Digne; Rogers, Barkley, Tielemans, Philogene; Duran, Watkins

Manchester United:
Onana; Mazraoui, De Ligt, Maguire, Dalot; Mainoo, Ugarte; Garnacho, Fernandes, Rashford; Zirkzee

Aston Villa will welcome Manchester United in Sunday's Premier League clash at Villa Park. Unai Emery's side are sharing the fourth place with Chelsea as the duo sit two points behind the leaders Liverpool. Of course, the difference could be bigger as the leaders play on Saturday. Aston Villa are in solid form, they have collect 13 from the possible 18 points. I am sure the fans were disappointed with the draw against Ipswich last weekend, but everything was forgotten soon after. The Villans have produced one of the biggest Champions League upsets so far by beating the German heavyweights Bayern Munich. Jhon Duran was the scorer of the winning goal. Emery's super substitute needed just nine minutes to make his mark, but goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez should not be marginalized as he had many brilliant saves. But Villa paid high prize for the victory as Jacob Ramsey and Amadou Onana were withdrawn due to injury. Both midfielders are doubtful for Sunday, while Leon Bailey - who replaced Ramsey - was then taken off himself in the second half. Tyrone Mings, Boubacar Kamara and John McGinn remain sidelined.

Manchester United are in difficult position. They sit on the 13th place with only seven points. Erik ten Hag is under big pressure, but so far he managed to survive. Some of the defeats were really painful for the fans. To be worse, they saw the same humiliation twice. First they lost 3:0 to Liverpool in the third round and then, once again lost 3:0 to Tottenham. United were outplayed on both occasions and lot of their fans left Old Trafford after the first 45 minutes. The European campaign is far from successful. The Red Devils have just two points from the first two rounds of UEFA Europa League after playing draws with Twente and Porto. Ten Hag has some injury worries ahead of this match, as defenders Leny Yoro, Tyrell Malacia, Luke Shaw and Victor Lindelof are struggling with injuries. Kobbie Mainoo was forced off against Tottenham and he is rated as doubtful. On the positive note, captain Bruno Fernandes is available after his Tottenham red card and three-game Premier League ban was overturned. He was also sent-off against Porto on Thursday, but that suspension will only apply to Europa League matches.

Aston Villa vs Manchester United Prediction:

Everything is on Aston Villa side - the home advantage, the atmosphere in the squad, the players confidence, the current form etc. United manager Erik ten Hag is under heavy pressure, and the fans are asking for changes. Sir Jim Ratcliffe, the key figure in the club, will surely take an action if they lose at Villa Park. International break is coming in best possible time. Aston Villa should win here, and Ten Hag should be sacked soon after the defeat.

Brighton & Hove Albion vs Tottenham Preview:

Possible starting lineups:

Brighton & Hove Albion:
Verbruggen; Veltman, Dunk, Igor, Estupinan; Enciso, Baleba, Hinshelwood; Rutter, Welbeck, Mitoma

Tottenham:
Vicario; Porro, Romero, Van de Ven, Udogie; Kulusevski, Bentancur, Maddison; Johnson, Solanke, Werner

Brighton & Hove Albion will welcome Tottenham to Amex Stadium in the last match of the seventh round. Both teams started the season in solid way, but not according to the fans expectations. Brighton have two wins, three draws and one defeat and sit in the middle of the table with 9 points. The lone defeat came last weekend when they suffered a 4:2 loss at Stamford Bridge. It was an "one-man show" with Cole Palmer in main role. The former Manchester City product became the first Premier League player in history to score four goals in one half. New manager Fabian Hurzeler, who served a suspension on that match, has some good news ahead of Tottenham. Four players - James Milner, Brajan Gruda, Joel Veltman and Solly March - could all be in contention for this game. However, three other players remain sidelined - Joao Pedro, Matt O'Riley and Jan Paul van Hecke. Finally, Simon Adingra is touch-and-go and could start from the bench at best. At the end, midfielder Baleba should also be mentioned as he became the youngest Cameroon player to score and assist in a Premier League match.

Tottenham are one place and one point ahead of Brighton. Last weekend they were impressive in a 3:0 away victory against Manchester United. However the overall results are not at desired level. The inconsistency seems to be their biggest problem. The Spurs drew with Leicester at King Power Stadium in the first round, then beat Everton 4:0 in the second. However, Tottenham were beaten by Newcastle and Arsenal in the next two rounds. The fifth and sixth round were fantastic, Ange Postecoglou's men have registered two wins, against Brentford and Manchester United. The last weekend's victory at Old Trafford was very important, not only to stay in touch with Top-4 rivals, but for the players confidence too. Tottenham also beat Qarabag and Ferencvaros in UEFA Europa League during the midweek and I believe the atmosphere in the squad is positive. Most of the players are available, only Wilson Odobert and Richarlison remain out injured. Dominic Solanke will lead the line after his first call-up to the senior England squad in seven years. He deserve the call after several impressive seasons with Bournemouth.

Brighton & Hove Albion vs Tottenham Prediction:

I expect Over 3.5 goals at Amex. Brighton won 4:2 in this exact fixture against Tottenham last season. The current results of both teams are also efficient. The Seagulls played a 2:2 draw with Ipswich before losing 4:2 at Stamford Bridge. Tottenham, meanwhile, beat Manchester United 3:0 and Brentford 3:1 in the last two league fixtures.. As You could see, both managers are offensive-minded coaches. That is why I expect at least four goals here.

Brighton & Hove Albion vs Tottenham Pick:
Over 3.5 goals @ 1.98 with Pinnacle
