The most talked about blockbuster trade between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Boston Celtics. The Cavs send All-Star point guard Kyrie Irving in exchange to Celtics building face of franchise guard Isaiah Thomas, Ante Zizic, Jae Crowder, and the Net's 2018 first round pick was stated on Tuesday in the evening.
Boston Celtics Danny Ainge - President of basketball operations stated:
"This has obviously been a roller coaster of a day for us, trading away Isaiah and Jae and Ante, especially Isaiah and Jae who have been such big part of our team and our success and our Celtic culture as leaders of our team. Very, very difficult day, "At the same time, a very exciting time [to add] one of the best offensive players in the league."
