Forward Carmelo Anthony finally done in waivers to clear the road to join the Houston Rockets for a $2.4 million 1 year agreement. Atlanta Hawks finished a contract buyout on Monday. Veteran point guard Brandon Jennings was waived by the Milwaukee Bucks due to non guaranteed contract deal last season.
