Mostbet - STAY AWAY!!!

I opened an account with Mostbet during to Easter - to have some fun and place some bets.
But I didn't recive my bonus - I contacted the live chat and asked for my bonus.
Then the my betting site got "frozen" due to safety reasons !?!? .... with out any reason - and Live Chat told me that I needed help on email.
I have not done any wrong - never had account with them before, not used VPN - no reason what so ever - why they choose to freeze my account!

When I sent an email and asked what is happening - they sent me a long list with documents I had to send them.

ID check is normal with all bookmakers - but first time ever - it has happened before I placed any bets.

BUT I gave them all the documents they asked for - and MORE ..... they even confirmed and accepted all documents!

STILL my account is "frozen" - I have tried to send them mail every day - but no answer and no explanation why my account still is "Frozen"

They stole my money - with out any explanation and not willing to help with anything!

STAY AWAY - these CONMEN!!
