Do not deposit on Maxbet , if you win a bet they will void your bets and you will lose the money!!! This happened to me when I placed bets on Aktobe U21 / - Kyran Shymkent U21. I came here to post this because I want people to know they voided all my winning bets and said abnormal activity. When my agency asked Maxbet, they said ‘’ Bets voiding definition are decided by Risk team that based on their professional wise to determine ticket abnormality.’’ Not only that, but my bets were cancelled after the game was over! Ridiculous behaviour, very small share there, do not use them! I also hold an 18bet account and there my bets stayed winning and paid, I think better to use 18bet, but never Maxbet again!

For everyone to know and also, please s.o. answer me if they've been in similar situation:

WOW! Ops, they did it again!!!! Unbelievably, they really did! LOL, this is ridiculous, I got the same thing happening now with Pinnacle this time!
Betting on Sofia Dmitrieva vs Anna Powaska-Kobylarz got my bet cancelled after the game was completed, with a lousy explanation about a general suspicious betting behavior so they had to cancel all bets, imagine that!
And there’s more - I also had a soccer bet on Maccabi Bnot Emek Hefer vs Maccabi Kishronot Hadera which was supposed to be a winning one too (like the tennis one!) and didn’t stay unnoticed either, which means it got cancelled too of course!
So, that’s 2 winning bets cancelled on Pinnacle - honestly, am I the only one who's had this happened to him????

How much did you lose because of this. Why don't you contact the external party that is making sure all is fair on these sites. All well known betting sites have external regulation.

Same happened to me! MAXBET are a total SCAM and a joke to the betting world! They do whatever they want not even caring how obvious their cheap tricks are. VOIDING ALL WINNING BETS AND LEAVING THE LOSING ONES! — look what those scumbags did to me and my bets on NK Kustosija Zagreb - vs - NK Vinogradar. And their explanation was lousy too:
Attn:[Soccer] Due to abnormal bets, the match between "NK Kustosija Zagreb -vs- NK Vinogradar" [MEMORIAL DRAGO PARAC TOURNAMENT (IN CROATIA) - 28/1], bet ID: "" are considered VOID. Sorry for the inconvenience caused!
How come this rule only applied only on the winning bets and not on the losing when they were all on the same match?! I checked the other bets I placed that settled as lost and were still left as lost! This is an absolute SCAM and now I see that they do such things all the time, looking at the post above. They didn't even try to answer my questions why are then my losing bets not voided too but this only happened to my winning bets if ALL the bets were supposed to be voided. These bastards are stealing money from me directly! I hope this comment saves others who like me were still looking at IBC as a serious place to place their bets, money and trust which is obviously not the case at all!!! AVOID MAXBET AT ALL COST BECAUSE IT REALLY WILL COST YOU!, that all I can say.

Sad to read such, sorry for your loss but Maxbet has some reputation, same for Pinacle and it's really surprising to read such! We all know about Singbet and bets been voided, but not so much about Pinacle and Maxbet. That said, third parties are good as the other person said but I doubt they can do much in this case. From experience, if you pass through agents to open such accounts they can help a lot when you encounter such issues. Especially the reputable ones like asianco, bet-ibc and betinasia. You should avoid directly dealing with these bookies. i read a post of how bet-ibc once helped a high roller recover a huge sum of money which otherwise would have been gone into thin air. Imagine if such a player had opened his account directly? Anyways, take heart and learn from it. Good luck in your betting journey.

hello ken, can you please through more light on this! I've never heard of a betting agent helping out a client recover money from a bookie, I understand here the case is quite different as we are talking about a highroller (would be unimaginable to think they'd do so for a small bettor!).

strange you didn't hear about it, it made waves across the betting community as the amount was huge, this must have helped boost the image of that broker for sure, but like I said, I doubt if they would have put the same effort if it were a little bettor!

I agree with vous here, not sure if they could have move a single finger if was a betor with 100 Eur stakes! good to read about brokers actually helping clients, as this is not always the case, we all know most of them work hand in glove with the bookmakers to screw the bettors!
