Barcelona has been in a ,,cursed" situation for about 4 seasons. Losses, passion lost, fans very annoyed but still with the club. Financial crisis, manager crisis, debt and many other things. When Luis Enrique Left, the downfall began. Barcelona appointed Ernesto Valverde as the manager who has proved himself as the right manager for barcelona after winning titles and big games for the club, making the fans happy, brought the joy in watching this club again, till the barcelona board decided to sack him, which was a very bad mistake. They threw the money on flops, 120 mil for Dembele, 140 for Coutinho,120 for Griezmann, very big mistakes. 380 million in total. Then they appointed Setien, which was another big mistake, not a good tactician, didnt win titles with the club, didnt make the fans happy, lost to Bayern 2-8, biggest embarassment in the club's history. The board immediately sacked him, aswell sold many players. The one positive from him is that barca finished second with him in la liga. Then they appointed Ronald Koeman, a club legend which wasnt very bad coaching the club. He won the Copa Del Rey with Messi carrying the team for his whole lifetime, but still credits to the whole team who gave it all. All on all, he wasnt a bad tactician, but lost every big game. Got sacked, but gave the youngsters chances as well as the previous managers. Then, Sergi Barjuan, the barca b coach was appointed on an interim time. His interim time ended as he only won the barca away game vs kyiv. Then Xavi Hernandez, another barca legend was appointed. Oh, i forgot to mention that Laporta came back in office as the new barcelona president which is leading barcelona back to Normal, as well as Xavi. His start wasnt very good, leading barcelona to the europa league, but still positive for the club as they rebuild. The youth development is the thing that excites me the most. Youngsters as Araujo,Gavi,Nico,Mingueza,Fati,Torres,Pedri,Frenkie etc... They are the future of this club and are adapting to Xavis plans and tactics as they beat ATM few days ago. Barcelona are negotiating now for a new sponsor, the sponsor is Spotify for around 100 mil per season. I trust Xavi and Laporta, as they are preparing an exciting future for the club led by the youngsters! I hope the best for the club as well as other fans, no matter if they are supporting barca !
