I know this is quite a down-right-stupid question but I am struggling with betting. I pretty much don't have any much experience in betting coz I am poker player but would like to try betting...

how do you decide in which team to bet? does it have any rules or something?

Since you created your thread in the NFL forum, I dont bet on NFL, but you decide it by picking which team has a good value(odds) to win, dont bet on something under @1.5, its not worth it, be patient and pick only something you have faith in, if you start to bet on every match you will lose big time.
