How do I combine odds for a betting pool?

Have a sports betting pool going for The Masters in which every player was taken for a pool in which 12 people are involved (8 players per). Using the Vegas "odds" on the players (i.e. Tiger Woods is 3:1 to win) how do you combine odds to come up with a total (i.e Tiger plus Phil plus six others) "weighted" odd of winning the pool?

If I understand right you have to use multiple bet where to win the bet you have to win both of your selections. Take a look around in your bookmaker, it should be available.
