Hello,
So not so long ago I opened an account on gg.bet. I made a deposits worth 1850eur. I did not take any bonuses or anything. I started to place bets and everything was fine. When I started to win they asked to complete KYC. Okay I thought, it's normal that they ask for ID and ID+Selfie. I uploaded those docs that they asked and they verified my ID, but not my selfie. They said they need ID+SELFIE+TODAY'S DATE AND GG.BET ID. Okay I did that. Once again they didn't verify my account, okay I do one more selfie I upload it and after some time I receive email saying that my account was blocked and I can't log in anymore, that I need to verify my identity threw skype call. I was like wtf is this, but okay I have almost 3000eur in my account now and if I want to withdraw them I will need to do it. So the support guy called on skype and started asking questions how I place my bets bla bla, some shit like that. But I was suprised when he asked me to show my room around in 360 degrees, because he needed to be sure that nobody else was in the room helping me to answer questions. My first question to you guys is this not violation of person's privacy to show his room? I have full video of conversation with him. Ok, so I completed the call and the guy said to me within 2 hours we will decide if we unlock your account or no. Okay, 2 hours passes. I try to log in and everything seems fine, until I receive a notification saying that I only can to withdraw my deposit 1850eur and they will close my account, nothing else. So basically I have won almost over 1000eur. I have nearly 3000eur and I cant withdraw them. And the funny part is that, when you deposit your money you have to gamble it 2x in order no to pay 20% withdrawal fee. That means even if I want to withdraw my money I will lose 370eur even though I won everything fairly and my balance is almost 3000eur. And I cant even place any single bet to avoid paying 20% withdrawal fee, because I still need to bet over 1000eur so that 20% withdrawal fee would disappear.
The conclusion:
I deposited 1850eur
My current balance after winning is almost 3000eur
They only allowing me to withdraw my deposit and they will close my account
If I withdraw my 1850eur deposit I still lose 20% because I didn't play my deposit amount 2x.
I can't place any bets because they limited my account.
I wanna fight this, I don't wanna leave it like this and they can think we can do whatever we want. I have time and money to fight this. My question to you guys, did you have similar issues with them or other betting company that has they license in Curaçao? Because their company is registered in Cyprus, but gambling license in Curaçao. If someone could recommend me lawyer that works with these type cases, I would be very thankful. And sorry for my English, I tried my best, it's not my first language.
