This is unbelievable what has happened today ... The williamhill did not pay me my prize.
My first total stake was 50 f
total return was 92.5 becaouse 17/20 ( i have print sc )
when I checked it on transaction there is won 50f (17/20) 1/100 ..... they return me my stake....
The stake was regarding to Finland vs Austria Woman basketball today at 3pm
I played under 257.5 .... and there was under 257.5 .... i have proof of my stakes.... but they said it was error....
I had 3 bet slips regarding to this match.
they offered me 10GBP free bet...
this is not fair there was odds 17/20 but they changed on 1/100 in accountancy ...
What can i do ?? Is anyone who had similar situation ?

It means that my stake is not worth.... this is not right

Obviously contact their contact support, they might have errors in paying you out for the money.
