Hi all,
I’m having a frustrating issue with Betplay. I made a withdrawal request on April 6, and the next morning, my account was locked. Support claims I violated terms by having multiple accounts, which is just not true.

Worse still, my friend (who has a completely separate account) was also banned the same day. The only thing we might’ve shared was the same internet network — but we live separately and use different devices.

We both asked support for proof, sent them ID and documents, and even offered to go through verification — but all we get are vague, canned responses. Now they’re holding $2,950 and saying the matter is closed.

Is there any recourse here? Anyone dealt with similar nonsense? Any help would mean a lot
